Ukrainian defense investment group MITS Capital has officially launched MITS Industries during Defense Tech Valley 2025 in Lviv, registering the new company in Denmark to streamline European contracts while keeping production and engineering rooted in Ukraine’s wartime innovation base.
MITS Industries consolidates leading Ukrainian subsystem makers: Tencore provides modular tracked UGVs for resupply, evacuation, and sensor carriage; Infozahyst contributes battle-tested SIGINT solutions that map hostile control links and feed targeting data directly to fires and EW teams; and Unwave delivers software that coordinates jammers and control nodes to minimize friendly interference.
The venture aims to ship repeatable, integrated packages — hardware, spares, training, and spectrum plans included — so European armies can field drone and counter-drone capabilities quickly without months of custom integration. Its Danish registration lowers friction for EU buyers and improves compatibility with U.S. primes, while anchoring design and much of production in Ukraine keeps cost and iteration speed competitive.
Eastern-flank NATO members have been calling for rapidly upgradable counter-UAS solutions and safer, automated frontline logistics. By packaging Ukrainian battlefield-proven tech under a single exportable framework, MITS Industries offers a fast-track answer to those urgent requirements.
