Poland’s Direct Action Makes Troops Harder to Spot in Wooded Areas with New Multicam Tropic Color

Polish tactical equipment manufacturer Direct Action unveiled its new Multicam Tropic camouflage color at Milipol 2025. Designed for forested and woodland environments, this pattern is set to be applied across both current and upcoming products. The company confirmed that around 75 items have already been produced in this color, with full catalog availability expected by year-end.

The Multicam Tropic pattern combines green, brown, and darker shades to disrupt the human eye’s ability to detect silhouettes against foliage, trunks, and branches. This reduces visibility in dense forest conditions, particularly under varying light, and enhances tactical movement, reconnaissance, and ambush operations. The color is applied consistently across clothing and gear, creating a uniform woodland camouflage set.

Founded in 2014, Direct Action focuses on gear for military personnel, law enforcement, and special operations units, including plate carriers, belts, pouches, backpacks, and accessories. The company operates three production facilities in Nowa Ruda, Nysa, and Świebodzice. At Milipol 2025, Direct Action showcased modular plate carriers, winter jackets, battle dress uniforms, and hard/soft shell garments, several of which are now available in Multicam Tropic.

Direct Action’s equipment is used by Polish special forces such as GROM and by users across multiple European countries. The company also serves international markets, including the U.S., and regularly participates in shows such as IWA, EnforceTac, SHOT Show, SOFIC, MSPO, and Milipol. The Multicam Tropic rollout strengthens both operational effectiveness and the brand’s presence in the global tactical gear market.
