Developed for effective use in both low- and high-intensity conflict zones, the PARS İZCİ 8×8 boasts an impressive power-to-weight ratio of approximately 20 HP/ton. The vehicle can reach speeds of up to 100 km/h on flat and asphalt roads, easily climb slopes with a 60% gradient and traverse 30% side slopes, overcome obstacles up to 70 cm in height, and cross trenches up to 140 cm wide.
Thanks to its engine placement and balanced weight distribution, the axle loads of PARS İZCİ are very close to each other, enabling superior road holding and stability even on loose ground and at high speeds. The centralized tire inflation system automatically adjusts tire pressure according to terrain conditions, providing ease for the driver.
Technology-Equipped Comfort and Safety
The hydropneumatic suspension system adapts to different road conditions by adjusting ride height, ensuring optimal road grip. The four-axle, fully steerable system minimizes tire wear and achieves a small turning radius. With a range exceeding 800 kilometers, the vehicle is ready for extended operations and is equipped with armored fuel tanks protected against explosions and penetrations, along with solid discs inside the wheels that enable continued mobility with flat tires.
The personnel compartment located at the front of the vehicle provides the driver and commander with a wide panoramic view thanks to its all-around ballistic glass. These windows are equipped with heating systems to maintain high performance in winter conditions. Day and night vision camera systems enhance the driver’s situational awareness, while control panels and interior-exterior lighting are optimized for crew comfort and safety.
Modular Protection and Indigenous Technology
The modular armor system of PARS İZCİ 8×8 can be adapted to different protection levels based on user requirements. The vehicle’s underbelly design and mine-protected seats shield personnel against high-level mine threats. Modular attachment of running gear and powertrain components to the mine-protected hull facilitates easy maintenance and replacement.
